Refund Policy

Nu Stack subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again but will retain access until the period ends.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for charges made in error or within 7 days of an initial subscription charge if you have not meaningfully used the service. To request a refund, contact support@nustack.com with your account email and reason. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Free tier accounts are not subject to any charges and require no cancellation.

Duplicate Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, please contact us immediately. We will refund any duplicate charges in full.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
