How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Nu Stack subscription at any time. To cancel, log in to your account on nustack.app, open the menu, and select Manage Subscription. Follow the prompts to cancel your recurring payment. No phone calls or emails are required — you can cancel entirely self-service from within the app.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, but you will retain full access to your paid features until the period ends. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.
What Happens to Your Data
Your portfolio data, transaction history, and account remain intact after cancellation. If you later resubscribe, all of your data will still be available. We do not delete any user data upon cancellation.
Free Tier
Free tier accounts are never charged and require no cancellation. You can continue using the free tier indefinitely.
