How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Nu Stack app. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account at nustack.app
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the sidebar (or tap the menu icon on mobile)
3. Click the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the profile section
4. Type DELETE in the confirmation field to confirm
5. Click "Permanently Delete My Account"

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days:

1. Account credentials — your email and authentication data
2. Portfolio data — all transaction entries, holdings, and deal history
3. Coin collection data — coin portfolio records and strategy signals
4. Seller records — your seller ledger, notes, and contact info
5. Shipment records — all sell/ship entries and refinery data
6. Subscription — any active subscription is cancelled immediately
7. Preferences and settings — currency, display options, and alerts

Need Help?

If you are unable to log in and need your account deleted, contact us at support@nustack.app with the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
